Lifetime Diamond Warranty

We will replace any diamond, in the semi-mount only, which in normal use chips, cracks, or separates from its mounting and is lost, with a diamond of equal retail value.

We will also provide maintenance as well as polishing, tightening of gemstones, rhodium plating, and one sizing free of charge for the duration of the purchaser's lifetime. 

To maintain warranty validity, the jewelry must be cleaned and checked at least every four months, and such inspection is verified in writing in the space provided on the Lifetime Warranty and Registration Certification by an authorized representative of Grogan Jewelers by Lon. If one or more inspections are missed, the warranty can be reinstated by having the item inspected and refurbished for a $150 fee plus any work needed.

The Lifetime Warranty will be considered invalid should the purchaser have the ring altered or repaired by any jeweler other than Grogan Jewelers by Lon. We may recommend replacing and/or repairing other parts of the item purchased that are not covered under the warranty in order to eliminate the possibility of a loss or damage to the gemstones. In the event that such a repair or replacement is required, you may be charged an appropriate fee.

This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to or cover accidental loss or theft of the mounting. We urge you to insure your jewelry for casualty loss; consult your insurance agent for proper coverage.

Your Lifetime Warranty will be honored when you bring your ring to any Grogan Jewelers by Lon location.

Please bring your Lifetime Warranty Booklet with you to take advantage of the free inspection and cleaning. Remember, you must have your diamond ring inspected every four months and the inspection verified in writing to keep your Lifetime Warranty valid.

There are no warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral, other than set forth herein. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

The information in the Lifetime Warranty booklet must be completed and retained in order to exercise your warranty rights.

Diamond Value Guarantee on Center Stone Only.

Grogan Jewelers will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your center stone at any time that you wish to trade it in towards the purchase of another diamond. To receive full credit, the price of the new diamond must be at least two (2) times (minimum $500 upgrade) the original price. Credit will not be given on original mounting: Diamond Value Guarantee.
